Riverway Cleanup Event

The Alpine district runs an annual riverway cleanup event to pick up trash around the waterways in Jefferson. It is eastimated that land-based activities account for 60-80% of the world’s marine pollution. This debris is carried to the ocean in part by creeks and rivers. As part of this effort, we worked on picking up trash around Clement park and Johnson Reservior. Do a good turn daily!
